About the Long Beach Branch

310 National Blvd.
Long Beach, NY 11561

The Long Beach Branch of the Friedberg JCC is conveniently located in the heart of Long Beach, near the beach, City Hall and the Long Island Rail Road. We offer many programs and services to the Long Beach Community and beyond.

  • Our Early Childhood Center offers programs beginning at 18 months through Pre-School. We are proud to just have completed our second year of Universal Pre-Kindergarten in collaboration with the Long Beach School District.
  • The Long Beach Branch is home of Bright Beginnings, an initiative of the JCC. Bright Beginnings offers special education related services to children ages 3 to 5 through a contract with Nassau County. We also offer advocacy services and parent education programs.
  • Our adult education programs are varied and designed to appeal to a wide variety of people. From Child Development Associate training to Wedding planner certification, dance classes and Zumba! We do our best to serve the wide array of interests of our community.
  • On holidays, join us for a family style dinner with all the fixings.

Formally a Masonic Temple, our auditorium offers a magnificent Tiffany era stained glass cupola that has been featured on many community tours. Please feel free to stop by and visit our center, meet our staff and discuss what programs you might like to attend.
