The Friedberg JCC’s Wellness, Fitness & Sports facility is dedicated to meeting the fitness, recreational and wellness needs of the entire community.  Our purpose is to provide innovative programs and classes for all ages in our modern health club and heated, indoor swimming pool.  The fitness center and pool are staffed by certified instructors who will monitor your progress, ensure your safety and are available for private one-on-one training, blood pressure screenings and fitness evaluations.
